Our Fit in Six program is a simple 6 week introduction to small group personal training, designed to help you rebuild strength, boost confidence, and create sustainable habits that fit around your life.

How do I get started? To get started, click the link above to book a Free consultation.

What time can I train? We run 40 SGPT sessions a week. and our popular Super Saturday session. Monday - Friday 6:00am, 7:00am, 8:00am, 9:15am, 10:15am, 5:00pm, 6:00pm, 7:00pm Super Saturday 9:00am-10:00am

How do I book sessions? We use an app-based booking system that you use to book all sessions.

How long are the sessions? Each small group personal training session lasts 45 minutes.

How many people in a session? We restrict the numbers to 6 members to one trainer. ensuring personalised attention while maintaining a group dynamic.

Do I need prior experience to join? No prior experience is necessary! Our sessions are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced.

What should I bring to the session? You should bring comfortable workout clothes, water, and any necessary personal equipment (e.g., shoes, towel). We provide the rest!

Do I need a membership? Yes, you need an active SGPT or PT membership to attend any small group sessions.

How do I track my progress? We provide regular check-ins, 3D body scans and progress assessments to help you track your improvements and keep you motivated!

Can I use your gym on my own? We do not offer access to the gym outside of small group personal training sessions.

Do sessions roll over? No, sessions do not roll over to the following month. Each month, a new set of sessions is allocated, and any unused sessions will not carry over.

Is there a contract? Memberships are monthly rolling, with a 30-day notice.

Can I freeze my membership? Yes, we offer the option to temporarily freeze your membership if you are away for over 2 weeks. This can be useful if you're going on long vacation or dealing with an injury.

What are your opening times? We are open 06:00am – 11:00am, 5:00pm - 8:00pm on weekdays and 09:00 – 10:00 on Saturdays.
